Marshmallow Challenge
As part of our New Member meetings this year, all the new and returning members participated in the Marshmallow Challenge!
Students were instructed to build the tallest tower they could using only spaghetti, string, and tape in only 18 minutes. The structure needed to hold one regular marshmallow after the time was up.
This is a great activity to get our robotics students used to working in groups, brainstorming, and prototyping. We highly recommend it as a new member activity!
